Toronto Arts Council Foundation: TACF was established in July, 1995, as a Toronto-based repository for legacies and other gifts from individuals, families, corporations and trusts that wish to support the arts in Toronto. It encourages partnerships between public and private sectors and supports artists and arts organizations seeking innovative arts initiatives across all disciplines.
